SPY555-FastAct™_X belongs to our most advanced live cell actin imaging probe generation. It labels highly dynamic actin filaments as well as the more static ones. SPY555-FastAct™_X is a bright, fluorogenic, non toxic, cell permeable and highly specific live cell probe for fluorescence imaging of actin. SPY555-FastAct_X can label very fast actin dynamics but lacks undesired F-actin stabilization side effects. It does not require any transfection and works just by adding the probe to the cells and perform imaging a couple of hours later.

Their complementary properties ensure using the best performing probe under your experimental conditions. Kit contains 3 separate tubes for each actin probe (ca. 20 stainings/tube).
