Our new SPY620 probes are here!

22 September 2020

We are proud to introduce our new red emitting SPY™ probes based on Map618 fluorophore developed by the Johnsson group in Heidelberg.1)

SPY620-actin is a highly fluorogenic probe for F-actin with a turn-on ratio above 400 fold upon actin binding.

SPY620-DNA is a bright probe for nuclear staining.

Both DNA and actin probes work on live and fixed cells.

We also introduce the SNAP-tag substrate SPY620-BG for SNAP-tag* labeling inside living cells.
