HAK-actin™ is a new tool for Expansion Microscopy that addresses the recurring challenge of reliably staining actin in Expansion Microscopy. HAK-Actin™ is compatible with U-ExM based protocols, including cryo-ExM, and iU-ExM. Its design enables post-expansion labeling, giving you maximum signal, a simplified workflow independent of species specific actin antibodies and freedom to choose your fluorescent label.
